Returns & Exchanges

Slam Jam offers a straightforward return process, allowing you to return any item purchased on our store within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are attached, and include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
